Privacy policy
KARYOGRAM Inc. (“we”) handles information as described below when providing the Shopify app “410 Sale Scheduler” (the “app”).
1. Information we collect
The app does not collect or store any personal information about your customers (buyers). We only handle the following:
- Your store domain and the app’s credentials (the access token issued by Shopify)
- The ID and title of each product with a sale period, its sale start and end, and a record of each publishing change
- An identifier for the staff member who made a change (kept as part of that record)
2. How we use it
- To publish and unpublish products on the Online Store at the times you set
- To show the countdown and the announcement bar on your storefront
- To investigate problems and answer your support requests
We use it for nothing else. We do not sell it to third parties and do not use it for advertising.
3. Subprocessors

4. Retention and deletion
When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends us a deletion request about 48 hours later and we delete all data for that store. The product metafields (the sale period) stay in your Shopify account, under your control.
